Selecting and changing a picture

Two painting tools, the Selection rectangle and the Lasso, are for selecting an area you want to change in either a card or background picture.

Use the Selection rectangle to select a rectangular area.
(To reselect, first click anywhere outside the selection.)

Use the Lasso to select just an object, without its 
surrounding area.

                        You can lasso a rectangular selection by
                         pressing Command-S.
